Delivery
I aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. As a guide, UK orders take 2-3 working days for delivery, European orders take 5-10 working days and the rest of the world takes 5-15 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: due to strikes and time of the year, there nay be delays in transit but this is out of my hands. If your item is tracked, please use the tracking info provided to check the status of your delivery. If you have any trouble locating your tracking number, do get in touch with me.
UK orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail and include tracking as standard. International purchases over £20 automatically upgrade to tracked shipping and this will be reflected in the shipping price. International items with total value of £20 and under are NOT sent via tracked post. If you would like it tracked, there will be an additional fee to cover the cost, which can be paid separately after purchase.
Customers are responsible for any/all customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for any delays or charges from customs, border control or postal services.
In the case of lost mail, buyers MUST get in touch within 30 days of dispatch. From day 31, I cannot claim for lost mail with postal services and the buyer will not be able to get a refund.

Privacy Policy
Customers’ contact information and address will be used for business and legal purposes only and I expect the same courtesy of the customer.
(i) In regards to commissioned artwork: the customer consents to the use of commissioned artwork in any advertising and publicity that I may conduct, whether currently known or in the future, including but not limited to social media, at any time in perpetuity without compensation or a notice to the customer.

Art Commission Policies
1. Right of refusal
I reserve the right to refuse made to order/ custom art/ requests at all times. Reproduction work of items not made by me will not be undertaken in any circumstances.
2. Creative decisions
I will consult the customer on scheme and specific skills of the work. One or more sketches may be shared before production begins. The final design may be negotiated only until production begins. After the approval of the design, no customer requested changes may be made. During production, the customer will be contacted to inform and consult if any major changes are necessary in the design.
3. Payments
A non- refundable payment in full is due once the general composition and/ or final dimensions are mutually agreed. A PayPal invoice will be created for any works.
4. Cancellations
A cancellation is only possible before dispatch of the order. The refund amount is at my discretion. A deduction of the artist’s time and materials cost will apply.
5. Coupons or promotions
Unless otherwise agreed upon, coupons and/or promotions are not applicable to custom orders.
